- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆As a retired Law Enforcement from Ga I am Up set of a off duty police officer there named Kenny Reynolds that shot and killed a neighbors dog in their own yard just because the dog barked at their dog through the fence. It seems like NO action is being taken from the Police Cheif there......If you are scared of a dog thats in his own yard inside of a fence just maybe you are too much of a coward to wear the badge!!!
